" The magician shows a brass disc with a red dot on one side and a blue dot on the other side. The disc is handed out for examination. The spectators are asked for some 1-cent coins ( or 2-Euro cent coins), which are placed on a small plate. The magician takes one of the coins and slides it slowly under the disc, and the coin vanishes! The disc is shown from both sides and another coin is slid under the disc, only to also disappear!
